Our History & 15th Anniversary

“Authority” represents expertise and trust. “Creative Works” represents creating new value. At the milestone of our 15th anniversary, we poured both the origin of our space-making work and our resolve for future challenges into our company name.

2010.04: Began operating in air conditioning installation.
2010.12: Incorporated as Authority Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.
2015.07: Obtained a general construction business license.
2017.04: Obtained Grade C eligibility for Kawasaki City public tenders.
2019.07: Increased capital to JPY 20 million.
2020.03: Obtained a special construction business license.
2020.07: Established LAKA, Inc.
2021.04: Launched ReAir’s e-commerce service.
2022.02: Relocated headquarters to OHANA Building in Noborito.
2022.04: Opened LEAF&BEAN and NEIGHBORFIT.
2023.04: Obtained Grade B eligibility for Kawasaki City public tenders.
2025.12: Marked our 15th anniversary. Renamed Authority Creative Works on December 1.
